2. Payment & Refund Policy


• All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of these readings, there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once your order has been placed.


• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. No reading will be started without completed payment.


3. Delivery of Readings


• All written readings are personalized reports delivered via email or WhatsApp within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Live readings are conducted via Google Meet and must be scheduled in advance.


• If additional information is required to complete your reading, you will be contacted. Failure to provide the requested details may result in delays.


• If, for any reason, there is an unforeseen delay in delivery, you will be notified.


4. Accuracy & Interpretation


• Readings are based on divine guidance, intuitive insights, and spiritual tools such as tarot, oracle, astrology, and the Akashic Records.
