This is not just the end of a calendar year. This is a turning point in consciousness. On Thursday, we step into a brand new year, and numerologically, a brand new cycle. We are completing a 9 year, a year of endings, release, and soul integration. Before that, we moved through an 8 year, which carried karmic lessons, power dynamics, and material tests. Now we stand at the doorway of what comes next.
When we add up the digits of the upcoming year, we arrive at 10, which reduces to 1. In tarot language, this matters deeply. The number 1 is the Magician, the initiator, the one who consciously creates. The 0 that makes up the 10 is the Fool, pure potential, the open field, the leap of faith.
