Cosmic Conversations
Unlocking The Mysteries Of The Universe, One Conversation At A Time!
Written by Loy Jones
Let’s be real—when life smacks us upside the head, our first instinct is usually to point the finger at something or someone.
That boss who doesn’t appreciate you, the ex who broke your heart, the friend who betrayed your trust, the economy, the weather, Mercury retrograde—you name it, we blame it.
But here’s the truth that might just shift your entire reality:
"The source of your suffering is never the person or situation you’re holding responsible" 😲 😳

Sounds harsh? Maybe.
But it’s also incredibly liberating once you fully grasp it. Because the moment you realize that the external world isn’t the true source of your pain, you take back your power.
You stop waiting for circumstances to change, for people to act right, or for life to magically fix itself. Instead, you step into radical self-awareness and deep healing.
The Root of Suffering: Your Inner Response

Pain is inevitable—heartbreak, loss, disappointment, betrayal. But suffering? Suffering is the story you attach to that pain. It’s the lingering resentment, the unchecked anger, the spiraling thoughts, and the refusal to let go. It’s the belief that someone did this to you and that you’re at their mercy.
But here’s the kicker: Two people can go through the exact same experience and have completely different emotional responses.
One person gets ghosted and moves on with a shrug, while another spirals into months of self-doubt. One person loses a job and sees it as an opportunity, while another falls into despair.
The difference? Their inner world.
The truth is, the external event is just a trigger. The suffering comes from within—it’s the result of old wounds, deep-seated fears, unprocessed emotions, and subconscious beliefs that have been running the show for years.
Blame: The Illusion That Keeps You Stuck

Blame is an easy escape, but it never leads to freedom. Instead, it encases you in a prison of false perception.
It’s tempting to believe that suffering is caused by someone else—that their words, their actions, or their choices are the reason for the pain.
But what if the real source of suffering isn’t what they did, but the way it is perceived, processed, and held onto?
The mind has a way of creating narratives. It builds stories around pain, assigning fault and attaching emotions to past wounds.
However, the moment blame is given away, power is also given away. Blame keeps the focus outward, waiting for someone else to change, apologize, or make things right.
But what if peace doesn’t depend on their actions? What if it has always been an internal choice?
No one can control how others act. People will make mistakes, they will be unfair, they will disappoint.
But what happens next—the response, the emotions carried forward, the way the situation is interpreted—is entirely within personal control.
And this is where true strength lies: in realizing that suffering isn’t created by the external, but by the attachment to what cannot be changed.
Your Triggers Are Your Teachers

If something (or someone) is making you suffer, it’s revealing something unhealed within you. Instead of asking, Why is this happening to me? start asking, What is this revealing about me?
• That betrayal? Maybe it’s showing you where you’ve ignored red flags or abandoned yourself in relationships.
• That criticism? Maybe it’s poking at your need for external validation.
• That loss? Maybe it’s forcing you to confront your fear of change and impermanence.
Every trigger is a mirror reflecting back something that’s already within you. If there was no wound inside, the external situation wouldn’t hold power over you.
Breaking Free from Blame & Reclaiming Your Power
So how do you stop blaming and start healing? Here’s your roadmap:

1. Recognize the Pattern
Notice where you tend to place blame. Do you always feel like others are mistreating you? That the world is against you? That life is unfair? These are breadcrumbs leading you back to deeper wounds that need your attention.
2. Own Your Inner Experience
Instead of saying, They hurt me, try I am feeling hurt because this situation brought up feelings of unworthiness/rejection/etc. This small shift changes everything. You move from victimhood to self-awareness.
3. Process the Emotions
Feel the anger, the sadness, the frustration—without judgment. Journal it out. Scream into a pillow. Dance it out. Meditate. Just don’t suppress it or project it onto others. Suppressed emotions will find a way to be heard—usually in unhealthy ways.

4. Identify the Core Belief
Ask yourself: What belief about myself or the world is this situation reinforcing? Is it I’m not enough? People always leave? I can’t trust anyone? Once you identify the root belief, you can begin the process of rewriting it.
5. Shift the Perspective
Instead of seeing challenges as punishments, start seeing them as initiations—opportunities for deep soul growth. Every difficult experience is here to teach you something and shape you into the person you’re meant to be.
6. Rewire & Reprogram
Use affirmations, EFT tapping, inner child work, or Akashic Records insights to shift old programming. Replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones. Instead of I’m always abandoned, shift to I am always supported by the universe
7. Cultivate Radical Self-Responsibility
The most powerful thing you can do is take full ownership of your reality. This doesn’t mean excusing people’s bad behavior or pretending trauma didn’t happen. It means recognizing that while you can’t control the external world, you can control how you respond, how you heal, and how you choose to move forward.

The Ultimate Freedom
Personal accountability is not about excusing others—it’s about reclaiming power. It’s the understanding that while pain is real, suffering is optional.
It’s the choice to see difficult situations as lessons instead of burdens, to shift perspective from victimhood to growth. The world will not always be kind, but inner peace is not determined by external forces.
Letting go of blame is not about denying hurt; it’s about refusing to let it define the future. When responsibility is taken for thoughts, reactions, and emotions, life no longer feels like something that happens to you, but something shaped by you.
Freedom begins the moment responsibility is claimed. The choice is always there: to remain bound by blame or to step forward in strength. In the end, the only true control is over oneself, and that is where real peace is found.
When you stop blaming, you stop suffering. You reclaim your energy from people and circumstances that were never meant to have that much control over you in the first place.
You shift from reacting to creating. You step into your highest timeline, one where you are the conscious architect of your own life.
"True freedom begins the moment you reclaim your power from blame and step into radical self-awareness" 🔥✨🦋💫

Every challenge, every trigger, every difficult moment is an invitation—not to suffer, but to heal, to evolve, and to rise into the highest version of yourself.
You are not bound by the past, nor are you at the mercy of external forces. You are the creator of your reality, the alchemist of your own soul’s journey.
Embrace the lessons, release the weight, and step forward in strength. The peace, clarity, and alignment you seek have always been within you. Trust the process, trust yourself, and remember—you are infinitely supported by the universe.
