We make it easy to understand what it is like to do business with The Divine Alchemist. This Agreement is the entire agreement between us. These written documents supersede our prior discussions, emails, online, or voice messages. By signing, you agree that there is no information that you deem materially important that is not incorporated into this Agreement.

Learn on Demand with Lifetime Access!: This course is designed for ultimate flexibility, allowing you to learn on your schedule. You’ll have lifetime access to all the course materials, including training videos, replays of group sessions, and resources to help you unlock the wisdom of your Akashic Records, heal your life, and manifest your most desired reality.

On-Demand Training: Access recorded replays of live lessons and materials anytime, anywhere. Group training sessions, originally conducted live via Google Meet, are fully recorded and uploaded to your student portal within 24 hours, ensuring you never miss out on any content.

Lifetime Access: All course materials, including replays of live sessions, practice guides, and additional resources, will remain available to you for a lifetime. Learn, revisit, and grow at your own pace, even after the program term ends.

Endorsements. You are not receiving an endorsement from The Divine Alchemist or Loy Jones, and neither is any other participant. Do not create the appearance of an endorsement or rely on any person who claims to be endorsed by The Divine Alchemist.

Ownership of Written Materials. As a participant, you will have one license to view written materials provided by The Divine Alchemist. You do not have ownership of this information, which is protected by federal copyright laws. Some of the information is also protected by a contractual license between the provider and The Divine Alchemist. You may not copy, re-engineer, distribute, or otherwise provide access to this information to any other person, for free or paid, without express written consent of The Divine Alchemist, which it may withhold for any reason, and purchase of a license (prices start at $2,500.00).

Trademark Usage. The Divine Alchemist protects its name! You are not receiving permission to use trade and service marks or any other trademark of the Company.

Results Not Guaranteed. You are receiving a space in the program along with my support, and guidance, but are not guaranteed ANY results from participating in the program. I am not the type to sugarcoat and promise unrealistic outcomes but I can assure you that the knowledge I'll be sharing in this course can be the catalyst for incredible growth and forward movement for anyone willing to put in the work. YOU MUST PUT INN THE WORK TO ACHIEVE YOUR DESIRED RESULTS!!

Confidentiality. Do not share any confidential and proprietary information that you may hear, see, or read in this program!!

Additional Legal Terms

There is a NO REFUNDS policy. By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that there are no refunds. Even if you cannot participate for any reason, you will continue to be billed according to the schedule in Section 1 of this Agreement through the end of the Term.

Disclaimer of Warranties. Participant understands the Group Program is offered on an “as-is, where-is” basis, without any implied or express warranty as to its performance or to the results that may be obtained by using the program. This limited warranty is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of any other express warranties (if any) created by any documentation.

No Professional Advice. The Divine Alchemist or Loy Jones does not engage in the rendering of [medical, legal, accounting, financial, or other professional] services. You acknowledge that you will make your own decisions before acting on any information gained from this program. It is further understood that before you utilize any techniques suggested by this program, you should consult licensed professionals as applicable. By participating in this course, the client agrees that under no circumstances am I responsible for any losses, direct or indirect, which are incurred as a result of the use of the information contained within this document, including, but not limited to, — errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

No Guarantee of Results; Risk of Loss. Results from this group program are greatly dependent upon individual decisions, abilities, and other factors outside The Divine Alchemists' control, and The Divine Alchemist makes no guarantees or warranties that information provided to you through the Program will provide results. The purpose of this course is to educate. I do not warrant that the information contained in this course is fully complete and shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions nor shall I have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by this course.

The Divine Alchemist can end your participation in the program. The Divine Alchemist may determine, in its sole discretion and without requiring disclosure of the reason, that the relationship under this Agreement must terminate. In this circumstance, The Divine Alchemist will provide a refund to you.

Electronic Signatures and Other Documents. You agree that your electronic signature is valid and binding evidence of your assent to the terms of this Agreement. You agree to sign additional documents which may be necessary to complete the material purpose of this Agreement, including without limitation, payment authorizations.
